Refund policy
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
Shipping issues are to be dealt with the mail carrier before contacting us.
We cannot accept refunds on gift cards.
Damages/Defects
Upon receiving the order, please inspect the item(s) and contacts us (contact@emit-energy.com) within 3 days if there are any damages or if you received the wrong item(s).
Shipping "Issues"
Insufficient Address | *Always include any apartment or suite number when applicable. If the mail carrier is unable to verify the address listed, or if the address is incomplete in any way, our shop will contact you (via e-mail) within the first 48-hours of receiving the order. *This is a courtesy and not our responsibility. *All orders will be refunded after 7 days with no response, as well as a $3 restocking fee.
Returned Package | *Any packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses can be re-shipped, at the customer's expense. If we are unable to reach you -or you choose to not pay the re-shipping costs- the order will be refunded, subtracting the cost of shipping, as well as a $3 restocking fee.
